Standards for all public facilities and buildings using state orpolitical subdivision funds.

8.610. The principles, standards and specifications setforth in sections 8.610 to 8.650 shall apply to all publicparks, recreation areas, rest areas, parking spaces, parkinglots, curbs, sidewalks, public accommodations, buildings andfacilities for public use and assembly that are constructed,renovated, purchased or leased in whole or in part with the useof state funds or the funds of any political subdivision of thisstate.
