8.655. All buildings and facilities which are constructedpursuant to the standards, principles and specifications setforth in sections 8.610 to 8.650, and any other building orfacility which provides access for physically disabled personsshall prominently display at the main entrance to the buildingor facility the international wheelchair accessibility symbol.
