Construction companies domiciled outside state--requirements.

8.657. No construction corporation, partnership, company orcontractor domiciled outside the state of Missouri may beawarded a contract by this state or any of its politicalsubdivisions for a construction project until he has compliedwith all requirements of sections 351.572 to 351.604, RSMo, ifthe entity is a foreign corporation, sections 359.491 to359.501, RSMo, if the entity is a foreign limited partnership,or, in all other cases, sections 417.200 to 417.210, RSMo.
