Analysis of all state buildings for energy efficiency, annual reportdue when--filed with whom.

8.817. The department shall analyze all state buildings forenergy efficiency as funds become available, using criteriapromulgated by the department by rule incorporatingstate-of-the-art technology. The results of the analyses shallbe submitted by May fifteenth each year to the commissioner ofadministration, the governor and the general assembly until allstate building analyses are completed. The results of theanalysis of each state building shall be submitted to the stateagency which owns or operates that state building as well.
