Baseline for energy consumption and costs for all buildings owned orleased by state.

8.820. The division, in conjunction with thedepartment, shall compile data on energy consumption and energycosts for all buildings owned or leased by the state or a stateagency to establish a baseline for energy consumption andexpenditures in buildings owned or leased by the state or a stateagency using existing data to the maximum extent possible.
