Definitions.

8.830. For purposes of sections 8.830 to 8.851, thefollowing terms mean:

(1) "Department", the department of natural resources;

(2) "Director", the director of the department of naturalresources;

(3) "Division", the division of design and construction;

(4) "Public building", a building owned or operated by agovernmental subdivision of the state, including, but not limitedto, a city, county or school district;

(5) "State building", a building owned or operated by thestate, a state agency or department, a state college or a stateuniversity.
