Interagency advisory committee on energy cost reduction and savings,members, duties.

8.843. There is hereby established an interagency advisory committeeon energy cost reduction and savings. The committee shall consist of thecommissioner of administration, the director of the division of design andconstruction, the director of the department of natural resources, thedirector of the environmental improvement and energy resources authority,the director of the division of energy, the director of the department oftransportation, the director of the department of conservation and thecommissioner of higher education. The committee shall advise thedepartment on the development of the minimum energy efficiency standard andstate building energy efficiency rating system and shall assist the officeof administration in implementing sections 8.833 and 8.835.
