Division to compile data on energy consumption and costs and developbaseline use of data.

8.845. The division, in conjunction with the department,shall compile data on energy consumption and energy costs for allstate buildings to establish by July 1, 1994, a baseline forenergy consumption and expenditures in state buildings usingexisting data to the maximum extent possible. The office ofadministration shall use these data when selecting andprioritizing projects pursuant to sections 8.833 and 8.835. Theoffice of administration shall use energy efficiency analysesprovided by the department and review criteria established by thedivision to develop its recommendations.
