Governor to proclaim Jefferson Day.
9.030. The governor shall annually issue a proclamationsetting apart April thirteenth as "Jefferson Day", andrecommending that it be observed by the people with appropriateexercises in the public schools and otherwise to the end that thememory of the public service and the humanitarian principles ofThomas Jefferson may be perpetuated.
