POW/MIA flag, display of encouraged on certain dates.
9.136. All government buildings, businesses, and citizens of thestate of Missouri are encouraged to display the POW/MIA flag, which isdesigned to commemorate the service and sacrifice of the members of thearmed forces of the United States who were prisoners of war or missing inaction, on Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, September eleventh, andVeterans Day.
