State manual information on state officers and employees.

11.030. There shall be published in the manual the name,salary and home or office address of every officer and employeeof this state, and it is unlawful for any officer of this stateto pay or authorize the payment of a salary to any appointee oremployee until such person files with the secretary of state, forpublication in the manual, the name, salary, and home or officeaddress of the employee.
