Consent given United States to acquire land by purchase orcondemnation for certain purposes.

12.030. The consent of the state of Missouri is given, inaccordance with the seventeenth clause, eighth section of thefirst article of the Constitution of the United States, to theacquisition by the United States by purchase, condemnation, orotherwise, of any land in this state as sites for customhouses,courthouses, post offices, arsenals, forts and other needfulbuildings required for military purposes.
