Duty of commissioner of administration.

12.090. Within a reasonable time after receipt of the moneyfrom the federal government, the commissioner of administrationshall cause a warrant to issue on the state treasurer payable tothe county treasurer of each county as set forth in sections12.070 and 12.080 which sum shall be paid out of the statetreasury from the amounts received from the federal governmentpursuant to the acts of Congress. The county treasurer shallcredit the funds in a special account, to be expended as providedin section 12.100.
