Notices to be entered in federal tax lien index.

14.020. When a notice of such tax lien is filed, therecorder or clerk shall forthwith enter the same in analphabetical federal tax lien index to be provided by the countycommission, showing on one line the name and residence of thetaxpayer named in such notice, the collector's serial number ofsuch notice, the date and hour of filing and the amount of taxand penalty assessed. He shall file and keep all originalnotices so filed in numerical order in a file to be provided bythe county commission and designated "federal tax lien notices".
