14.050. Sections 14.010 to 14.050 are passed for the purpose ofauthorizing the filing of notices of liens in accordance with the provisionsof section 3186 of the Revised Statutes of the United States as amended by theact of March 4, 1913, 37 Statutes at Large, page 1016 (26 U.S.C.A. § 3672).
