Southern states energy board members, appointment, expenses.
18.065. The three members of the southern states energy board fromthe state of Missouri shall be the governor or his designee, one member ofthe senate appointed by the president pro tem of the senate, and one memberof the house of representatives appointed by the speaker of the house ofrepresentatives. Any necessary expenses associated therewith shall be paidout of the funds appropriated to the respective appointing authority.
