21.040. Members of either house may be punished for contempt.

Members of either house may be punished for contempt.

21.040. Any member of either house who is guilty ofdisorderly behavior in the presence of a joint meeting may bepunished by the house of which he is a member, in the same manneras if the offense were committed in the presence of the house.
