Qualifications of senators.

21.070. Each senator shall be thirty years of age, and nextbefore the day of his election shall have been a voter of thestate for three years and a resident of the district which he ischosen to represent for one year, if such district shall havebeen so long established, and if not then of the district ordistricts from which the same shall have been taken.
