Freshman tour, attendance of members at legislative conference fornew members--expenses, how paid.

21.187. In addition to the reimbursement of expenses allowedby section 21.183, all members of the general assembly may bereimbursed for necessary and actual expenses incurred inattending any legislative conference held for the benefit andinstruction of newly elected members of the general assemblywhich may be sponsored by the university of Missouri or by thegeneral assembly or any agency thereof, or under the jointsponsorship of the university and the general assembly or anagency thereof. The expenses of senators and representatives, asprovided herein, shall be paid out of the contingent funds of thesenate and house, respectively.
