Proof of publication.

21.310. The proof of the publication of the notice shall bemade by the affidavit of the publisher of the newspaper in whichthe notice is published, to which shall be attached a copy of thenotice. The proof of notice published by handbills shall be madeby the affidavit of some person who signed the notice to whichshall be attached a copy of the notice.
