Visual record board required.

21.350. There shall be installed as a part of the mechanicalequipment visual record boards, in positions in the house chamberthat enable all members of the house, and persons present in thehouse galleries, to see how each member of the house voted on anyquestion upon which the vote was taken by means of the mechanicalequipment. The visual record boards shall show the name of eachmember of the house present and voting and how each member votedwhether yea, nay or present.
