Organization of committee, officers--meetings, quorum--expensereimbursement.

21.535. 1. The joint committee on capital improvements and leasesoversight shall meet and organize by selecting a chairman and a vicechairman, one of whom shall be a member of the senate and the other amember of the house of representatives. The chairmanship shall alternatebetween members of the senate and house each two years after itsorganization.

2. The meetings of the committee shall be in Jefferson City,Missouri, and after its inception and organization it shall meet at thecall of the chairman, but shall meet at least once every three months.

3. A majority of the members of the committee shall constitute aquorum.

4. The members of the committee shall serve without compensation butshall be entitled to reimbursement for actual and necessary expensesincurred in the performance of their official duties.
