Retirement systems, state and local to cooperate.

21.561. 1. All state and local public employee retirementsystems shall cooperate with and assist the committee in theperformance of its duties and shall make available all books,records and information requested.

2. The committee may subpoena witnesses, take testimonyunder oath, and compel the production of records.
