Study by joint committee on public pensions, retirement andbenefits--report to general assembly, when.

21.564. The joint committee on public employee retirementshall conduct a study of pension, retirement and other benefitsand the taxation thereof by the state of Missouri in relation torecent federal court decisions and shall report its findings andrecommendations to the general assembly no later than thebeginning of the second regular session of the eighty-fifthgeneral assembly.
