Information to be reported by agencies to joint committee onlegislative research, when.

23.256. Before October thirtieth of the second calendar year prior tothe year in which a state program subject to sections 23.250 to 23.298 isscheduled to sunset, the agency shall report to the committee:

(1) Information regarding the application to the program of thecriteria in section 23.268; and

(2) Any other information that the agency considers appropriate orthat is requested by the committee.
