Sunset act not to prohibit certain activities of the general assembly.

23.280. Sections 23.250 to 23.298 shall not prohibit the generalassembly from:

(1) Terminating a program at a date earlier than that provided insections 23.250 to 23.298; or

(2) Considering any other legislation relative to a program subjectto sections 23.250 to 23.298.
