State agencies and officers to provide assistance to committee, when.

23.292. 1. The committee may request the assistance of stateagencies and officers to assist in gathering information pursuant to thecommittee objective.

2. In carrying out its functions pursuant to sections 23.250 to23.298, the committee or its designated staff member may inspect therecords, documents, and files of any state agency.
