Penalty for refusal to permit audit.

26.080. Any public official, agent or employee of the stateor any subdivision thereof, including road districts, schooldistricts, townships, municipalities and counties, who violatesthe provisions of section 26.070 or refuses to comply withsections 26.060 to 26.090 is guilty of a misdemeanor.
