26.220. Governor and lieutenant governor transition period defined.
Governor and lieutenant governor transition period defined.
26.220. The transition period shall begin on the fifteenthday of November following the election of a governor orlieutenant governor who is not an incumbent and shall end whenthat governor-elect or lieutenant governor-elect has taken theoath of office.
