Plans, when effective--disapproval by resolution, when.

26.510. A reorganization plan so submitted shall becomeeffective by executive order not sooner than ninety days afterthe final adjournment of the session of the legislature to whichit is submitted, unless it is disapproved within sixty days ofits submission to a regular session by a senate or houseresolution adopted by a majority vote of the respective electedmembers thereof.
