Plan submitted to vote, when.

26.520. The presiding officer of the house in which aresolution disapproving a reorganization plan has beenintroduced, unless the resolution has been previously accepted orrejected by that house, shall submit it to a vote of themembership not sooner than ten days or later than sixty daysafter the submission by the governor of the reorganization planto which the resolution pertains.
