Microfilming service center authorized.

28.085. The secretary of state is hereby authorized to establish andoperate a microfilm service center for local agencies participating in thelocal records management program. For this purpose, the secretary of statemay:

(1) Establish a charging system to be used when performing work for anagency;

(2) Establish a revolving fund to recover only those direct costs formaterials, personnel and equipment associated with providing service to localagencies from the microfilm service center.
