Records not to duplicate those of commissioner ofadministration--retention and destruction, duties.

29.150. The state auditor is authorized to keep such recordsas may be necessary for the proper performance of his duties;provided, however, that he shall not keep any original recordswhich duplicate the records kept by the commissioner ofadministration. He shall file, retain, store and destroy thoserecords in accordance with the state and local records law.
