Immediate deposit in demand deposits.

30.230. Immediately upon receipt of state moneys the statetreasurer shall deposit all state moneys in the state treasury tothe credit of the state on demand deposit in banking institutionsselected by him and approved by the governor and the stateauditor and thereafter withdraw such moneys as authorized by law.
