No deposits in bank in which officers hold stock.

30.440. No state moneys may be deposited on either time ordemand deposit in any banking institution in this state of whichbank any one or more of the state treasurer, the governor, orthe state auditor is at the time the owner of any of theoutstanding shares of capital stock of any class of such bank oris an officer or employee thereof.
