Program funding limitation.

30.830. The state treasurer may utilize up to sixty million dollarsof the three hundred thirty million dollar linked deposit allocation foragriculture set forth in subsection 1 of section 30.753 for linked depositsfor eligible guaranteed agribusinesses, eligible guaranteed livestockoperations, and eligible guaranteed vermiculture operations.
