Transfer of certain funds to the Missouri investment trust,when--reconveyance to state treasurer, when.

30.954. As authorized pursuant to subsection 2 of section 30.953, itis the intention and desire of the general assembly that the statetreasurer convey to the Missouri investment trust on January 1, 2000, up toone hundred percent of the balances of the Wolfner library trust fundestablished in section 181.150, RSMo, the Missouri arts council trust fundestablished in section 185.100, RSMo, the Missouri humanities council trustfund established in section 186.055, RSMo, and the Pansy Johnson-Travismemorial state gardens trust fund established in section 253.380, RSMo. OnJanuary 2, 2010, the Wolfner library trust fund, the Missouri arts counciltrust fund, the Missouri humanities council trust fund and the PansyJohnson-Travis memorial state gardens trust fund shall be reconveyed to thestate treasurer by the investment trust.
