Certain funds created--certain funds abolished.

31.010. 1. There are hereby established and created in the treasurydepartment of this state the following named funds: "Missouri VeteransHome", "Missouri State Chest Hospital", "Truman State University","Northwest Missouri State University", "Central Missouri State University","Southeast Missouri State University", "Southwest Missouri StateUniversity", and "Lincoln University".

2. Upon transfer of funds from the Missouri state chest hospital fundto the board of curators of the University of Missouri pursuant to section172.860, RSMo, the Missouri state chest hospital fund shall be abolished.
