Readvancement of federal funds, preapproval not required.

33.035. When the governor and the President of the UnitedStates declare a disaster has occurred in the state and federalfunds are provided under Public Law 81-875 or any other law, thefederal funds advanced for a portion of the amount of theapproved application may be readvanced to the applicant inaccordance with the terms of the offer. The division of thebudget is not required to preapprove the claims and accounts as aprerequisite to readvancing the federal funds as required bysubdivision (3) of section 33.030. The commissioner ofadministration shall ascertain that the claims and accounts areregular and correct prior to the payment of the final portion ofthe approved amount of the claim.
