Allocation of money--certification.

33.050. When any money in the state treasury has beenallocated or apportioned to the several counties or otherpolitical subdivisions of the state by an officer or boardauthorized to allocate or apportion the money, the allocation orapportionment shall be certified to the commissioner ofadministration by the officer or board making it.
