Commissioner of administration custodian of all account books of thestate.

33.060. The commissioner of administration shall keep thegeneral accounting books of the state, and be the keeper of allpublic account books, accounts, vouchers, documents, and allpapers relating to the accounts and contracts of the state, andits revenue, debt and fiscal affairs, including an account of allmoneys received by the state from any source and of everyseparate fund in the treasury authorized by law.
