Application for federal funds, copy to certain state officials.

33.085. 1. If a state agency makes application forparticipation in and for grants of federal funds under federallaw, the agency shall at the time of the application furnish acopy thereof to the director of the budget, the legislativefiscal officer, the chairman of the senate appropriationscommittee and the chairman of the house appropriations committeeand the minority floor leader of the senate and the house ofrepresentatives. Unless the application contains a descriptionof the state program which is the basis for the application, adescription of the program shall be annexed to the copy of theapplication.

2. If any application is changed in any respect, a copy ofthe change shall be furnished to each of the six officers.

3. A progress report on each application shall be furnishedto each of the six officers by the agency at least twice eachyear.

4. A final report as to the final disposition of eachapplication shall also be furnished to each of the six officers.
