Mileage allowance, employees of state and certain counties.

33.095. Other provisions of law notwithstanding, in everyinstance where an officer or employee of the state or any county,except first class counties with a charter form of government, ispaid a mileage allowance or reimbursement, the allowance orreimbursement shall be computed at the rate of ten cents per mileunless a higher rate is specifically authorized by statute ororder of the commissioner of administration.
