Contingent transfer of funds to budget reserve fund--abolishment ofcash operating reserve fund and budget stabilizationfund--contingent effective date.

33.288. 1. On June thirtieth following the adoption of aconstitutional amendment to create the budget reserve fund, all moneys inthe cash operating reserve fund and the budget stabilization fund shall betransferred to the budget reserve funds and both the cash operating reservefund and the budget stabilization fund shall be abolished.

2. The provisions of this act* shall become effective on Junethirtieth following the adoption of a constitutional amendment creating thebudget reserve fund and not otherwise.
