Commissioners to select fiscal agent.

33.440. It shall be the duty of the fund commissioners toselect, from time to time, some bank as fiscal agent, where allof the interest on the bonded debt of the state shall be paid,except interest on the state school and seminary bonds or statecertificates of indebtedness, the interest on which shall be paiddirectly out of the state treasury; and whenever a change shallbe made in the state's fiscal agent, the board shall immediatelynotify the holders of said bonds of such new selection bypublication in two metropolitan daily newspapers.
