State institutions gift trust fund created.

33.563. There is hereby created in the treasury the "StateInstitutions Gift Trust Fund". Unless otherwise provided, allmoneys derived from gifts, bequests or donations to or for theuse of any state agency or state institution shall be depositedin the treasury to the credit of the state institutions gifttrust fund and shall be appropriated for the purposes of carryingout the objects for which the gift, bequest or donation was made.
