Plan to increase minority business to be provided to the governor andthe general assembly, due when.

33.753. The Missouri minority business advocacy commission, asestablished pursuant to section 33.752 shall, in addition to providing thegovernor with a plan to increase procurement from minority businesses byall state departments as provided in subsection 2 of section 33.752, alsoprovide to the general assembly the findings of such plan and providedetails of any recommended legislation that may be needed to carry out theprovisions of the plan. The commission shall submit the plan andrecommended legislation to the general assembly within six months ofdelivery of the original plan to the governor.
