Procedure to be established for performance-based review of stateagencies.

33.800. The chairman of the house budget committee, the chairman ofthe senate appropriations committee and the commissioner of administrationshall develop budget review procedures to provide for a performance-basedreview of state agency budgets. Such procedures shall be jointly adoptedby the budget committee of the house, the appropriations committee of thesenate and the office of administration.
