Contract directly with other governmental entities for purchase ofsupplies.

34.046. The commissioner of administration may contract directly withother governmental entities for the purchase of supplies. The commissionerof administration may also participate in, sponsor, conduct or administer acooperative purchasing agreement whereby supplies are procured inaccordance with a contract established by another governmental entityprovided that such contract was established in accordance with the laws andregulations applicable to the establishing governmental entity.
