Treaties and law of the United States to supersede.

34.359. Nothing in sections 34.350 to 34.359 is intended tocontravene any existing treaty, law, agreement, or regulation ofthe United States. All contracts under sections 34.350 to 34.359shall be entered into in accordance with existing treaty, law,agreement, or regulation of the United States including alltreaties entered into between foreign countries and the UnitedStates regarding export-import restrictions and internationaltrade and shall not be in violation of sections 34.350 to 34.359to the extent of such accordance.
